Criminal and Civil Background Checks

We perform criminal court background checks in all 254 counties of Texas going back 10 years. If requested we will search statewide, federal or beyond the standard 7 or 10 years. Checks include, but are not limited to, criminal court records, sex offender records, felony convictions and misdemeanor offenses.

Turnaround time: 24 - 72 hours from time of receipt of order. Remote Texas counties may take up to 96 hours, we will advise if it is over 72 hours.

Credit Checks

Credit checks help you understand an applicant's financial history and include current, late and unpaid credit accounts and other financial inquiries as reflected by the major credit bureaus. We require written permission from the applicant with social security number, date of birth and address.

Turnaround time: 48 - 72 hours after credit check eligibility is confirmed

Liens/Judgements/UCC/Assignment Searches

A judgment lien can be imposed on real-estate, personal property and vehicles after somebody sues you and wins a money judgment against you. Abstracts of judgement, Assignments, UCC’s, fixtures, state and federal tax liens are available in most Texas counties. Name of individual or business is required for this 10 year search.

Turnaround time: 24 - 48 hours from time of receipt of order

Drivers License Checks

Confirms the validity and status of applicant driver's licenses as well as violations, accidents, suspensions, expiration date and endorsements. We can perform a 3 year or Certified Driving Record. Essential for on-demand transportation and delivery companies.

Turnaround time: 24 - 48 hours. Requires Name, Driver's License Number and Date of Birth

Process Server

We deliver or “serve” legal documents to a defendant or person involved in a court case. Notarized affidavit of service is given to requesting company or individual. Our method is highly reliable and effective to deliver and return documents in an expedited manner.

Turnaround time: 48 - 96 hours

Document Retrieval

Offers document retrieval from all County and District courts relating to civil, criminal and real-estate. Retrievable documents include plain and certified copies of liens and judgements, federal and state tax liens, deeds and mortgages.

Turnaround time: 24 - 72 hours

Bankruptcy Court

Determine if an individual or company has ever filed for bankruptcy. We will search for a petition that may be filed by an individual, by spouses together, or by a corporation or other entity. Ideal for government, executive and managerial positions.

Turnaround time: 48 - 72 hours
